Advertising
Agreement
How
to Advertise
1. First, please contact us at Ad_Sales@Students-4-Students.com to
find out which ads are available for purchase.
2. You
may send us your artwork on a CD by regular mail
to Students-4-Students, PO Box 22312, Louisville,
KY 40252; or you may E-mail it to us at Ad_Sales@Students-4-Students.com/ (Be
sure to include all your contact information.)
3.
We will notify you by E-mail or by phone,
whether or not your ad is accepted, subject
to Blake Communications' Publisher's
discretion.
4. If
your ad is accepted, come back
to the payment page (Advertising
Information Page)and
pay for your ad by clicking on
the appropriate
PayPal button.
5.
Your ad should fit acceptable sizes (see
sizes listed on the Advertising
Information Page). It may contain one photo and link
to a URL,
subject, of course, to the Publisher's
approval. Please note which ads may or
may not be animated. If
we have to do any adjusting to your ad's
artwork or size, we will charge accordingly.
6. Your
ad will run as soon as possible,
after we have received payment,
and we have approved your
ad and its corresponding
link.
7. If you
don't have an ad, we can design one for
you. Our charge for this is $400. You
are free to use this ad other places,
if you wish.
8. In
his sole discretion, the Students-4-Students.com
Publisher reserves the right to deny or remove
any advertising deemed unacceptable or in bad
taste.
9. The Publisher makes
no warranty as to the accuracy or acceptability
of any advertisement that runs on the Students-4-Students
Web site.
Additional
Advertising and Contract Regulations |

1. All advertisements, Internet
contents and projects on the
Students-4-Students
Web
site are
produced by Blake Communications
(the "Publisher") PO Box 22312,
Louisville,
KY 40252, with the understanding
that the client and/or
Agency who
pays for the advertisement is authorized
to publish the entire contents of
the ad, copy or any other materials
supplied.
2. Position of the advertisement
is at the discretion of the Publisher,
unless a specific position is paid
for by clicking the appropriate
payment button.
3. Contents of all advertising
is the legal responsibility of
the advertiser and the advertiser's
Agency.
4. The Publisher reserves
the right to reject any advertising
and may require the word "advertisement"
in any ad.
5. All copy, photos and links
are subject to the Publisher's
approval.
6. Advertising rates are
subject to change without notice.
Prevailing
rates
at "signing" will apply during
the length of the advertising
contract.
7. Advertising Agencies are
responsible for payment of all
space ordered by them; however,
Publisher reserves the right
to hold the client liable for
payment
of ad space if agency does not
pay or the payment doesn't go
through.
8. At the Publisher's discretion,
ads will be deleted immediately
from
the
Students-4-Students Web site
if payment does not go through.
9. Creative and/or production
costs of developing ads at the
request of the advertiser client
or Agency will be billed to same
and will be fully paid via PayPal
before the ad runs on the Students-4-Students
Web site. These costs are not
subject to Agency commissions.
10. The Publisher is not responsible
for errors in key advertisement
numbers. No allowance will be
made for errors that do not materially
effect the value of the ad.
11. Any cancellations or changes
in advertising must be received
by the Publisher
BEFORE the end of the current
ad contract. Certain ad positions
are non cancelable once they
run (see Advertising
Information page). Other
ads may
be cancelled and withdrawn from
the Students-4-Students Web site,
but there are no refunds
once any ad starts to run.

Agency
Commission |

| A 15 percent discount
from the Standard Rate Card listed
on the Advertising
Information page is allowed to
recognized Advertising Agencies,
provided the Agency supplies the "camera
ready" art for the advertisement. We
deal only with respected advertisers
and recognized ad agencies, and we
welcome your business. All ad agencies,
including those that are "in-house," must
have a separate EIN number to qualify
for the standard ad-agency discount.
Agencies, please E-mail us at Ad_Sales@Students-4-Students.com/, introduce
yourselves and send us your EIN number.
We will then send you a link to a
special discounted rate card you
will use to pay for your clients'
ads, the Agency
Payment Page. |
Additional Agreement
Terms |

| It
is understood and agreed
that Agencies and/or clients
shall indemnify and save
harmless the Publisher Blake
Communications, its respective
officers,
directors,
agents and
employees from any and all loss,
cost, damage, liability, and
expense (including, but not limited
to attorneys' fees) in conjunction
with or arising out of (1) any
and all claims against the client
and/or Agency for not paying
the contracted amount due Blake
Communications
or, (2) libel or the infringement
of rights concerning privacy,
plagiarism, piracy and/or copyright,
or claims of any other rights
legal or equitable, that pertain
to material produced under
this contract/agreement with
the client and/or Agency.
In addition,
no conditions, printed, posted
on the Internet, broadcast or
otherwise, appearing on contracts,
insertion orders, or copy instructions
that conflict with Blake Communications
Policies will be binding on Blake
Communications. |
